Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

  • We will accept any item that arrives to you damaged or if the item is different from your original order.
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns as a standard policy.
  • Refunds will be issued if your item is damaged in transit or if you received an item that is different from your original order.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email info@shopbradleycottage.com with photos of the damaged shipping container & damaged products within 3 days of delivery.
