We will accept any item that arrives to you damaged or if the item is different from your original order.
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds will be Issued if your item is damaged in transit or if you received an item that is different from your original order.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email sales@bradleycottage.com with photos of the damaged shipping container & damaged products within 5 days of delivery.
